PORCELAIN STATION POST INSULATORS
We can design and manufacture a range of post insulators in porcelain, composite or hybrid with porcelain core and silicon rubber housing to BS, IEC and ANSI standards.
Allied’s post insulators are widely used in AC and DC substations up to 800kV as well as being supplied to apparatus manufacturers.
We have extensive manufacturing experience and offer a fully tested and approved range of high strength solid core post insulators in accordance with IEC 60273 & IEC 60168 as well as bespoke designs to suit specific customer requirements.
We manufacture in both wet process porcelain and Isostatic (dry) process across the whole range. For our UK customers we hold National Grid Type registration for 132kV, 275kV & 400kV post insulators.
